The L&D platform runs the full lifecycle of corporate learning: training
programs, enrollment requests, approvals, certification, graduation. The
deceptive part is that almost nothing in that list is a CRUD operation —
an enrollment can wait days for a manager, escalate, expire, or get
overridden. These are processes, not records.
Enrollment-to-certification runs digitally end to end, with the approval
chain visible to everyone inside it. Adopted as the operational backbone
for client training programs — and still in production today.
